What does A.Q. mean in "Market Price: A.Q."?

I see it on restaurant menus, usually for the lobster. I thought maybe it meant According to Quote, or As Quoted, but I'm hoping someone will know for sure and not just give me a guess....

As lobsters are not always available, they can't put a price down on a menu; they have to put down some thing, so they put down A.Q.meaning as quoted, meaning that they can vary the price of the lobster as to the availabilty of the lobsters. when lobsters are easty to get the price per pound goes down, when they are hard to find the price per pound goes way up. If it's not quoted on the menu they aren't held to any specific prices.
