Columbus, OH area New Year's Eve events?

I'm looking for a fun night out for myself, my fiance and some friends in the Columbus, OH area. Party packages would be great, but we don't have hundreds of dollars to spend! I've Googled events, but haven't found anything great that isn't incredibly expensive.

Ideally, we would like to have:
*food
*alcohol (so no First Night)
*not too crowded (we're in our 20s and like to have fun, but also like to be able to move and talk)
*under $100 for two people
