Here are the ingredients of the original style char-grilled chicken breast sandwich:

Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Honey Mustard

What I like to do is ask for no mayo or honey mustard, and to also add a slice of tomato. The char-grilled chicken breast sandwiches at the Cookout tastes SOOO good, I find it hard to believe that it's actually healthy as well! I could not find any nutritional information online.

I don't think anything at Cook Out is healthy, but that's not why you're going there, is it?

If you want healthy, eat a salad.

If you want cheap, delicious, large portions of UN-healthy food, then go to Cook Out.

Aside from the honey mustard and mayo this is a very good healthy choice.

Opt for spicy brown mustard as your condiment of choice instead of the high sugar content in honey mustard or the high fat content in the mayo.

yes its healthy, esp. w/o the mayo ( very fatty ) but a little mustard is ok, extra salad is the best.

although, some say that the carbon from grilled foods is not so good if consumed daily or in excess.

moderation is good.

Is it actually char-grilled? As in using charcoal? That stuff isn't great for you. "Grilling protein-filled foods such as meat and fish creates two kinds of chemical compounds that may contribute to cancer: heterocyclic amines (HCAs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)."
